Jackline is an ABMRS Certified MRI Safety Officer (MRSO, MRSC™) and BSc Radiography graduate from JKUAT, with over 6 years of clinical, leadership, and training experience specialising in advanced neuroimaging and MRI safety. An ISMRM-Gates Foundation Fellow in Advanced Neuroimaging at Cardiff University’s CUBRIC – UK, her research has translated directly into publication: she is a named co-author on two peer-reviewed works, including a paper in BMC Health Services Research (2025) and a contribution to the CONNExIN programme published in Alzheimer’s & Dementia (2025), alongside institutions including McGill, Johns Hopkins, NYU, and the University of Pennsylvania. A Harvard Aspire Leaders Program alumna, Jackline serves as ISMRT Kenya Division Past President and Future Leaders Fellow mentor, Faculty at CAMERA Africa’s ‘Scan With Me’ Advanced Neuroimaging Programme, Organizing Committee Member for MRI Together, and Advisory Board Member for Africa-FINGERS at the Brain and Mind Institute (Aga Khan University). Her story was featured by ISMRM as an Ubuntu Story - a recognition reserved for individuals making a meaningful difference in the global MRI community. She founded Resonance Strategy Group to translate this breadth of expertise into systemic, lasting change across Africa’s imaging landscape.

Cliff is a BSc Diagnostic Radiography graduate from JKUAT and a certified MRI Technologist with hands-on experience across neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiac MRI applications. He holds quality systems training through IFC and is certified by the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMIRT). As Kenya Training Lead for both ISMRT and Corsmed - the world’s leading MRI simulation platform - and a CAMERA Africa SWIM Neuroimaging programme Coordinator, Cliff is at the forefront of MRI workforce development in the region. He now serves as the ISMRT Kenya Division President. A Harvard Aspire Leaders Program alumna and member of the Society of Radiographers Kenya (SORK), where he serves on the Advocacy and Public Relations Committee, Cliff brings a structured, standards-based approach to training design and quality assurance that is central to Resonance’s operational excellence

Esther is a Diagnostic Radiographer and General Sonographer with 5 years of experience and specialist expertise in cardiac, vascular, and point of-care ultrasound. A BSc Radiography graduate from JKUAT, she holds certifications in Echocardiography & Electrocardiography (Nairobi West Hospital, 2024), Point-of-Care Ultrasound Fundamentals (POCUS Certification Academy, 2024), and is a Harvard Aspire Leaders Program alumna. With clinical depth spanning MRI and advanced ultrasound modalities, Esther is passionate about raising imaging standards through education and mentorship - making her central to Resonance’s vision of building not just better imaging services, but stronger imaging teams across Africa
